Back in the day, it was normal to find work as soon as one was out of school or college and stick to that profession until retirement. These days, we’re free to experiment with different jobs in many fields, until we find the right fit and then work our way up.
It’s perfectly fine, even if this doesn’t happen in your 20s. There’s no rush anymore to get to the top as soon as possible, and that’s great.
The Partying Doesn’t Stop

It used to be that people in their mid-20s would feel the need to settle down and, therefore, hang up their party hats. Now, one doesn’t have to worry about getting married or having kids until much later.
Plus, there’s more money to spend. This means the party can continue! Your 30s will also bring a balance between club-hopping and chill nights at home, so life is good.
You Are More Knowledgeable
The 20s are for academic knowledge, while the 30s are for life lessons. When we’re young, we are still trying to figure out the ways of the world, and mistakes will be made.
In your 30s, you would have learned from past mistakes, other people, and experiences. This makes one better equipped to deal with anything life brings.
Accepting Your Body
One thing that we lack during our teen years and our 20s is self-confidence. With Instagram models, magazines, and celebrities, we tend to set unrealistic beauty standards that are impossible to achieve.
The realization that all this is superficial happens in your 30s. Suddenly, it becomes easy to let go of insecurities, look in the mirror, and love yourself.

Your 20s are for making wishlists, and the 30s are for making them come true. People in their thirties are more settled and have additional money to spend. Whether it’s traveling the world, buying a huge house, having kids, or finding a soulmate, you can finally achieve everything you’ve dreamt of.
